Job Description
Plant Care: Water, prune, and fertilize flowers, shrubs, and trees to keep them healthy and vibrant.
Lawn Maintenance: Mow the grass, trim edges, and remove weeds from garden beds and pathways.
Waste Management: Sweep fallen leaves and debris; ensure garden waste is disposed of or composted properly.
Hardscape Cleaning: Wash down driveways, walkways, and patio areas to keep them free of moss or dirt.
Pest Control: Monitor plants for diseases or insects and apply safe treatments when necessary.
Seasonal Decor: Assist in setting up outdoor decorations for holidays or special hotel events.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in gardening, farming, or professional landscaping.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of local plant types, soil health, and seasonal planting (especially in the Mindanao climate).
Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in the heat, lift bags of soil, and handle manual tools for long periods.
Equipment Skills: Proficiency with lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, and basic hand tools (bolos, rakes, shovels).
Reliability: A consistent worker who can manage their own schedule to ensure the garden always looks its best.
