Job Description
Check-In/Out: Verify IDs, assign rooms, issue keys, and process final payments.
Bookings: Manage phone, walk-in, and online reservations via the hotel system.
Guest Support: Answer inquiries, provide local info, and resolve guest complaints promptly.
Communication: Coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness and Maintenance for repairs.
Admin: Maintain a clean lobby, answer the switchboard, and keep accurate guest records.
Financials: Handle cash/card transactions and perform end-of-shift balancing.
Requirements
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in hotel management software and basic office tools.
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
Attributes: High level of organization, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a professional, friendly demeanor.
